If you want to support the school in the easiest way possible please print out and complete the attached form, and fax it Amanda Johnson at 0865 094114 – this is our direct Jeppe fax number (don’t use the number on the form as this will cause delays) and then collect your new cards from the school.
Please note, if you already have a card, but would like to change the beneficiary school you do not need a new card (even if your card has your old school’s name on it) simply specify Jeppe as the new beneficiary on the form and the school will receive the donation – without having to incur the cost of new card.
You don’t have to be a Jeppe parent or pupil to have a MySchool card, so encourage friends and family to apply for and use their cards, the more members we have the more money Jeppe can earn.
