MIC of Mountain Biking:

Mountain biking is the newest official sport to be added to the Jeppe extra-mural programme. It’s only been going since 2018 and it is growing in popularity all the time. It is a third term activity, although there are competitions throughout the year.
Apart from entering the Spur Mountain Bike series, there are interschool competitions at Affies and Pretoria Boys’ High School and at some of the co-ed schools. Mountain biking forms part of the annual winter sports exchange programme with Westville Boys’ High School.
In 2019 the school opened its own 3.5km mountain biking track, on the school campus. We host interschool competitions and an annual Old Boys riding day. The track may only be used under strict supervision.
